Effective September 2011, Monthly installments of tuition are due by the 1st or 15th of each month through automatic payment for new clients. In September 2012, automatic payment will be the only option for monthly payments. To respect our clients that performed in the 2011 petite feet performance they may continue to pay by check or cash in 2011/2012 if they are enrolled by September 30th.
There are many long term benefits behind our descision to transition our monthly payement options to automatic payments.
- Never have a late fee again! For 2011 there is a $10 late fee on any payment received after the 5 day grace period
- No more akward conversations about tuition being due!
- Our staff typically spends 20 hours each week collecting payments. With automatic payment they are now free to better serve you the customer.
Tuition is determined by the total amount of hours per family, per week. Monthly tuition prices are developed by dividing the annual amount into 10 payments. That way, you pay the same amount each month regardless of the number of classes in a month. All planned closures are factored into your tuition and will not change your payments. Children’s Dance Theater will begin collection procedures on any overdue account. 2011/2012 school year prices are below:
